Our key actions
We bring an upscale range of services to your office buildings: concierge, fitness room, car parks, showers, companies restaurants, etc. As a result, 206,675 m2 of our assets have WELL™ certification.
- Reinforcement of actions to measure air quality, lighting and acoustics in office spaces
- Development of alternative means of transport: 28 office buildings and one residential building equipped with charging facilities for electric vehicles (IRVE); 99% of our buildings are less than 400 metres (five minutes' walk) from public transport
- Launch of FEAT, an innovative new concept that transforms Citylights, Sources, Horizons and Botanic, our flagship buildings in Boulogne, by offering shared services and a unique cultural program.
