An ambitious and bold CSR policy
The climate, the digital transformation and the aspirations of the next generation are just some of the challenges we face as players in the real estate sector. They force us to rethink our production and operating models, not to mention our consumption. We're facing it head-on by focusing our priorities on low carbon, the circular economy, biodiversity, and the well-being of building occupants. Our CSR policy is bold. It needs to be. It is backed up by numbers and figures, and it is vital that we keep going.
The 4 pillars of our CSR policy

People are changing their mindsets and ways: we are meeting their expectations by enhancing their well living at work and at home.

A market that enables the smart reuse of materials, and energy savings, to construct and manage our buildings.

We are reducing our greenhouse gas emissions and aiming for carbon neutrality by 2030.

Because our buildings are places for living, we also respect local animal and plant habitats.
Stakeholders
We design livable spaces and our ecosystem of stakeholders must be no less vibrant. Our employees, our customers, our suppliers, and those in charge of local communities are men and women who participate with the same level of commitment: they take action alongside us to safeguard people, the planet and the property portfolio.
Our performance
A CSR policy must translate into concrete actions. Our current initiatives and how well they are performing illustrate our commitment.

Any CSR policy must be measured and graded to go beyond simple words. Transparency is what inspires us and we strive for extra-financial excellence. Not only do we measure the effects of our actions but we communicate these grades and rankings to all of our stakeholders.

What they're talking about
Our employees have their say.
Sabine Goueta Desnault, Executive Director of R&D, Innovation and CSR
“CSR creates value throughout all areas of our business.
It is an overall value-creation lever. Our responsible approach has a positive impact on our assets. It is a performance lever for our tenants, who expect a lot in this regard, and it has an increasing impact on all of our funds, ISR or otherwise. This prompts a lot of interaction with employees on the Finance team: the 2018 internal carbon fund to cut carbon from our business more quickly was launched directly with them.”
