Gecina’s pledge to energy efficiency resonates from the top down. Our goals are well-defined, approved by governance, and integrated into the variable compensation performance criteria of our leadership — a measure ratified by our General Meeting.
This deep-rooted commitment is also reflected in the incentives and variable compensations across the entire team. For instance, the inclusion of energy efficiency goals in our profit-sharing agreement highlights our collective drive to lessen our environmental footprint.
