In carrying out its activities, Gecina is committed to the continuous application of local, national and international laws, as well as to upholding fundamental principles relating to human rights, labour rights and environmental protection.

As Gecina operates exclusively in France, the Group fully complies with French regulations, which are among the most demanding worldwide in terms of social and human rights protection.

France has notably ratified the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and incorporated their core principles into national legislation, including the prohibition of forced labour, freedom of association and the protection of trade union rights, the right to collective bargaining, equal remuneration, and related labour standards.

  • Gecina prohibits all forms of forced or compulsory labour, child labour, human trafficking, discrimination and harassment.

  • The Group is committed to providing its employees with working conditions that respect their health, safety, dignity and privacy.

  • Gecina promotes equal treatment and equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, social dialogue, freedom of association and collective bargaining, as well as a healthy work-life balance.

This commitment extends across the entire value chain. Gecina expects its suppliers, service providers and business partners to uphold the same principles and to adopt ethical, social and environmental practices aligned with its commitments, notably through the strict application of its Ethics Charter and Responsible Purchasing Charter.
