In addition to effective control over the environmental impacts of our buildings or the effective management of energy consumption, being responsible, for a group like ours, also means being exemplary in terms of how we manage our human resources, encourage diversity, integrate disability, respect best governance practices, etc. In all these areas, I would like to "raise the bar" by setting quantifiable objectives and creating, throughout the organization, relays that unite and engage around this ambition.

Gecina is already very committed. We are already recognized for our environmental efforts, but I believe that we can and indeed we must go much further by taking on a genuine social responsibility.
