Gecina Commercial
With 1.2 millions square meters,  91% of which is located in Paris-IdF, Gecina is the leading office building operator in Île de France, located primarily in the central business district and in the best locations around west Paris.

Gecina Residential
Nearly 16,000 apartments, including 92% in Paris-IdF.
Campuséa student residences: 5,000 housing units planned through 2012-2014 in the big French college towns, including Paris-IdF (Le Bourget opening in 2008, Champs-sur-Marne opening in 2010), Lille (opening in 2009), Lyon, Marseilles, Toulouse, Bordeaux, and Rennes.

Gecina Logistics
More than 900,000 m² along strategic routes throughout France.
More than 600,000 m² under development, including Sablé-sur-Sarthe and Moussy-le-Neuf.

Gecina Health
Particularly through its dedicated subsidiary Gecimed, Gecina holds an asset base of 35 establishments (clinics, EHPAD housing establishments for dependent elderly persons with 4,682 beds) and three new properties currently under construction, leased to key health and medico-social operators.

Gecina Hotels
8 hotels (1,700 rooms) in operation, including four Club Med locations (Val d’Isère, Opio, Peisey-Vallandry, La Plagne 2100).
