Gecina is developing a double strategy with respect to logistical development :

• acquisition of existing Class A assets, incorporating new well-known lessees with strong development capacity
  
  
• creation and implementation of new parks reflecting high-quality environmental standards, bringing together communication, multi-modality and a labor pool at the best sites, under the Gecilog brand.
