Gecina's strategy is to develop its asset base with luxury hospitality and entertainment properties, rented by major operators under commercial leases.

In response to the established energy of the hotel market, and in accordance with its diversification strategy, Gecina wishes to continue considering investment opportunities and to pursue and develop its relationships with large hotel groups and operators in the fields of wellness, entertainment, and tourist residences.
