Become a Shareholder
As of January 7, 2004, all Gecina shares are statutorily nominative.
Shareholders are identified by the issuing company, and they receive personalized service.
The nominative form has two types :
- The issuing company holds and manages the securities directly. This is called pure nominative. ;
- The securities are registered with the issuing company, but the shareholder’s financial intermediary manages them. This is administered nominative.
Every shareholder, regardless of the number of shares held, can select “pure nominative”. The advantages of pure nominative are:
- free safe custody;
- free transfer to another establishment;
- quick processing of purchases and sales;
- low brokerage fees, negotiated by Gecina;
- two dedicated phone numbers, 33 (0) 1 40 40 50 79 and 33 (0) 1 40 40 65 47, for all Gecina securities & exchange services transactions.
In addition, Gecina automatically sends the following to every shareholder’s address, whether their shares are pure or administered nominative:
- calls to shareholders’ meetings,
- key information about Gecina.
